Mike grew up in the home improvement industry and knows his way around home improvement projects.

In fact, Mike started roofing at age 16, working on churches in downtown Toronto installing slate and custom metalwork. He then moved to the Okanagan (30 years ago), married and is now the happy father of 4 children.

Mike has an inquisitive mind and is a keen student of our business. He has always been interested in learning and installing new and different construction products.

He now has 35 years in the home renovation industry, supplying and installing roofing, siding, windows, sunrooms, decks, and even patio covers. He has focused on roofing and is an expert on metal roofing, (aluminum, steel, stone coated steel).  He has worked with other roofing systems too (synthetic slates, cedar, rubber, concrete and clay tile). He is factory certified in over a dozen different roofing and siding products in Canada, USA, and Asia, and knows the quality control standards of the products he works with.
